Please read the following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by Uddeshya Mentoring (P) Ltd.

• For the services and courses we offer, no refund is possible in any situation. 
• For online seminars and counseling, it is important for you to make sure that you have High Speed Broadband/Fibernet/Mobile Data connection. In case there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be possible. If there is any internet connection problem from Uddeshya’s side, we will reschedule the appointment and keep it at a later date and time (depending on your comfort). 
• For counseling sessions, you should be on time and inform us fifteen minutes early.  If you miss to reach or inform us on time we will consider it as ‘No show’ and no refund will be provided. We request you to stick to the appointment schedule. Reschedules are not possible. 
• For internet glitches, we request you to have more than one connection.
