About the Author:

Kaushik Tiwary (CEO Uddeshya.in) is one of the few Career guidance Mentors in India who strongly believes that “Every child is special and has something exceptional to give to this world”.
He has completed his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Pune University in 2018 and thereafter finished his master’s level NCDA certification from American Psychological Association.

Besides leading his start-up Uddeshya , He is a master’s in Psychology and hosts Career Workshops in schools to guide students towards their dream career destination (uddeshya).
