Uddeshya Mentoring Pvt. Ltd. is an organisation that has been launched with one ‘Uddeshya’ (purpose): to make students’ journey more purposeful and comfortable. We have experienced utter confusion when making the choice for our careers, then choosing the right colleges, applying to them and then starting the studies.
For the majority of us the worst fact was that there was nobody who could give the required mentoring. Who were the only mentors we had? Our family members! Or the neighbours! Could they be the right choice as mentors? They already had a deep seated biased view towards the engineering and medical careers. So not the best choices!
With these mentors to guide, we dabbled our career paths only to realise the chosen profession does not bring us joy.
The future generation must not go through the same confusions as we did. Therefore, to address student queries about various professions, colleges and locations, Shubham and Sunny have launched the company to be the mentors they never had.
Story Behind Uddeshya
Uddeshya is an organisation that can offer a 360 degree scientific but human driven approach to clarify all career queries of today’s students. The two of them had themselves lacked any guidance when they were youths and knew the pain of confusion.
They were committed to bring a dent specially in the Indian education sector by aligning the student’s personalities with their career choices and thus was born ‘Uddeshya Mentoring Pvt. Ltd.’
